‘Leading Women Lead’ is a programme of workshops to facilitate women unlock their leadership potential and recognise that they have within themselves the experience, skills and permission to be leaders. It covers three key opportunity areas; Developing Personal Strategies, Building Personal Resilience and Being More Strategic.
In the first of our series, we’re going to focus on Developing Personal Strategies. In this interactive, thought-provoking and fun workshop we will enable you to examine and challenge the strategies you are currently using and give you proven tools and techniques to help you step up and unlock your leadership potential.

Judith Spring (Engineering and Mathematics Trinity College Dublin & qualified Executive and Leadership coach), founder and director of Peakscape, has over 30 years senior leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain and operations. Previous positions with Royal Dutch Shell, Kellogg's and Viterra took Judith to locations across the globe. She currently resides in Dublin, Ireland.
A vision to see more women having the choice to progress their careers has been the driver for her becoming a full-time coach. Her focus is mentoring high potential women to step up and to become more confident and impactful leaders for their own benefit and for the benefit of the organisations they work in.
