Leading Women Lead programme
Research shows that when women are active and equal in leadership teams, business outcomes are improved, economies are stronger and living conditions improve for entire communities. Despite this, women remain underrepresented at senior levels in many organisations. Forward-thinking employers are already working on initiatives to create the culture which will allow women to thrive.
Women will be most effective when they lead in a way that corresponds with their values and beliefs.
For women to step up to the challenge of leadership, it may require them to overcome some of their self-doubts and limiting beliefs and recognise that they have within themselves the experience, skills and permission to be leaders.
